Can't scroll friends list

3. Can't scroll offline list to the bottom, stucked on last 3/4 of list

Bumping... My friend's name is "Untrimmed Forest" and I can't scroll past the names that start with S. My friends list isn't particularly long, I can't scroll past 70 friends when I have 91 online friends.

It's particularly annoying because he has privacy settings enabled so he can't be invited through the Steam UI.
