Can't join new game after Steam crushed

I played the game, and after finishing the match, I received a notification that I was offline—Steam had gone down. The game couldn't sync.
Today, I can't join a new match. I only get the 'Rejoin' option, but that match is long over. Even my statistics don't show that I played it.
I have tried reinstalling the game and verifying the integrity of the game files, Clearing cache, Steam flushconfig, Opting out of beta.

Go to hero testing and abandon from there. You might or might not get a ban for abandon. Unfortunately thats how to escape this bug
