Can't install latest Patch for Deadlock.

I just got off playing some Wukong and wanted to hop on some Deadlock before bed, and now I'm stuck with this unable to install latest patch. It says no internet connection but I can assure y'all that it is definitely working. Any help would be appreciated. (I am on the Steam Client Beta)

Resorted to the last resort and uninstalled and reinstalled. This fixed the issue if anyone else experiences this issue, hopefully next patch doesn't do this to me again.

it's a region bug, i changed my download region to us and it worked
