Cant get a game on my account

I've got email with invitation. Accepted game with the link, but I cant find the game in my steam library. Also there were no my nickname in the letter. Could it be due to my nickname written with special symbols and non-english letters? 5 days after activation and i didnt get the copy of game for my account
