Can't correctly check hero stats in the select hero menu + overlap in the voting menu

So, if you open the hero selection menu and hover your mouse cursor over the stats, you won't see anything. But if you then open the voting menu, the stats menu will appear and completely overlap the voting menu

I get the same, but I can see it on the character swap ONCE each. Then it moves to the voting menu, the play menu, and the watch menu.

If you click "Exit Game" and click "NO" it goes away without having to actually close the game.

Edits: got cut off by fat fingers and did some testing. Also, vote little guy!
