Can't close shop screen after removing items from Quickbuy queue via bottom-left indicator

How to replicate: Open the shop screen, queue some items into your Quickbuy queue, then remove them by right clicking the queue indicator next to your owned items in the bottom-left corner of the screen. This disables your ability to close the shop screen using ESC or the Shop button, and while it's possible to unlock yourself from this state, I don't know how I do it, and I kinda just mash buttons on the menu until it decides to give.

I have no match IDs on standby to show this in action, but it is exceptionally easy to replicate and has happened to me across multiple matches, and gotten me almost killed once or twice.
