Can't click people in the right most column in friend menu

There are 3 columns in the party window after I press the "Play with friends" button in the top right.
The first 2 columns I can click the person on without issue, but the 3rd column (right most) gives no response.
If the person moves from the right most to one of the other two columns, they become clickable (can spectate or go to profile).

This is on a widescreen 3440x1440 resolution (in case this is relevant)

Can confirm after changing to different resolutions that 21:9 has this issue. It appears that the pop up menu in other resolutions will pop up to the left when clicking the rightmost column whereas 21:9, no pop up menu appears at all.
