can't buy refresher from shop

idk how to replicate but this happened to me multiple games where it won't let me buy the item as if i don't have enough money.
i can put it in the auto buy queue but that won't buy it either. also unstoppable was unbuyable as well.

Can you provide a replay of a match where this happened and around what time?

Also maybe you already had 4 active items

yeah you're right that's the issue i have full active items. so the bug is that the popup for asking me which active item to replace isn't showing up
