can't bind ability upgrade to certain keys bug

can't bind ability upgrade to alt + ctrl, the only way to do this is press ctrl 1st and then alt (it will be displayed as alt + ctrl, not ctrl + alt in settings somehow). And still this will not work, if you try to use the bind your hero will just use the ability, not upgrade it. It's very uncomfortable, please fix 8===D
