Cannot select Ranked timezone

Clicking on either of the ranked time zone selections does nothing and ranked mode cannot be played

rankeds are currently turned off, read that greenish text in the middle

I have the same issue both zones are grayed out and cant select either one:


Both of them act as if they are grayed out - I cant click them
