Cannot play game. Completely frozen with seemingly no fix

every time I play online, within three minutes the game will completely freeze including freezing the rest of my desktop. I've tried reinstalling windows. It's only happening on my desktop (12400f, 4070ti, 2tb-970 evo). not on my laptop or my friends pc, even while using my account. I have the red dot in the bottom right. I'm super stuck please please help.
