Both Infernus and I died one time and the camera didnt move from who i was spectating on respawn. I was hold W (move forward), but couldnt reproduce it that way. If I was to guess it was professor dynamo that I was spectating, and it was maybe when he was teleporting, but don't hold me to that. What was weird was me shooting still showed decals on the wall where the camera was.
Anyways, i fixed it by doing a melee. Seems to lock the camera back to my character.
