Cannot launch Sandbox Mode

I can't run the game in sandbox mode, I get an error:
Disconnect from the server
Cant setup connect with server of the game

In console i see, that unable connect to local network.
Whats problem and how fix that?

This bug still persists for me on Linux Mint, I wonder if you are also running linux and if you are still encountering the problem?

SAME! seems even now still no fix and seems to affect people randomly?

And I'm just running Windows 10 wired to ethernet directly to the ISP and still can't do it? Is there some local networking problem I have where I can't host the sandbox server on my machine??

Regular online games work fine and also I can join other people's sandboxes as a lobby no problem. Pretty annoying really cause then I can't freely explore the all the chars.
