Cannot Join Matches Until I restart game

Since a couple of days ago whenever I try to join a match I get stuck on the loading screen indefinitely. I need to Ctrl-Alt-Del then rejoin the game and then it usually works. I primarily play team matches, have not tried solo.

Playing on Win 11. No issues until now.

Recently i have been getting a bug where if i am tabbed out and i find a match, my game will be stuck on the loading screen, i will still be able to acess the menu and the game gives me the option to leave spectating, clicking said option will result in a match suspension with no option to rejoin the game.

this has happened twice today, it has never happened before this.

this one might be the same issue. It's working fine for me if I don't do alt-tab.
