when mcginnis's wall is currently deployed, you're unable to imbue it with anything (eg superior cooldown), as the 3 ability gets swapped to the recast destruct thing
should still be able to apply AP/imbue the ability while a wall is up imo
(the scenario here was i had walled off secret shop while being chased & wanted to spend some unsecured souls real quick)
