Cannot Explore NYC

Pressing on the menu option of Explore NYC doesnt currently work and is instead just spawning you into a completely black screen that you can get out of by pressing escape but thats it

Yep I have it too. Once you're in the black screen, press ESC and then "Swap Hero", once you pick the hero it resolves itself

Seems to just lock me in to 'Finishing Loading'

Same issue here, though I dont even get the finishing loading screen, whenever I switch to a character, I spawn into Amber base as an empty point in space. Swapping teams or heroes doesn't change anything. Weirdly enough I was able to get Explore NYC to work when I first started playing after the update, but every attempt since has been borked.
