SAME! seems even now still no fix and seems to affect people randomly?
I'm just running Windows 10 wired to ethernet directly to the ISP and still can't do it? Is there some local networking problem I have where I can't host the sandbox server on my machine??
Regular online games work fine and also I can join other people's sandboxes as a lobby. Pretty annoying really cause then I can't freely explore the all the chars.
