Cannot enter sandbox

I consistently get this error trying to enter the sandbox (as well as the first two tutorials) for the past 3 days (Yes, computer has been restarted in that time period multiple times). Was able to enter it just fine on saturday (31.8.2024.), but then at the end of that night it stopped working after our group disbanded.

If I am in a group with other players, I can enter the sandbox with them just fine, but whenever I am solo I get this error.

Hi, I had the same problem and with no solution or whatsoever. I found this post; https://forums.playdeadlock.com/threads/cant-connect-to-local-server-with-vpn-split-tunnelling.4645/ and this was also the issue for me. So if you're using VPN then that is the problem. If you shut it then it will solve itself.
