There is an issue when i try to enter any type of match; it says that i am already in a match therefore i cannot find another one. I posted the error message as photo incase anyone knows how to fix this it would be very helpful. As a heads up i have tried to join street brawl, regular deadlock, bot games and private matches all of which give this error. I tried to abandon the tutorial and the sandbox which didnt do anything. I have verified game files and i dont have a vpn. I know for a fact it is an account issue as my computer is used by my brother aswell and he was able to play on his account without issue. Again any help would be wonderful thank you !
