Cannot bind right shift with other keys

Normally, any binds using "left shift" allow you to combo other key combinations together (for example, "left shift" + "enter" accesses all chat). The same goes for using "alt". When trying to do the same with right shift, it won't take any other inputs with it.

To that end, I expected "right shift" to also behave as a shift key rather than its own button. That would've allowed me to use all chat with "right shift" and "enter" without having to reconfigure anything.

As of today's patch, "right shift" no longer works in comboing keybinds together. You can only bind "right shift" by itself. It used to work up until today and allowed me to use "right shift + enter" during the launch of the Old Gods patch.
