Cancel Ability keybind doesn't apply to certain ults + some related UI bugs

For reference, my ult keybind is Q and my cancel ability keybind is mouse wheel scroll down.
Ivy, Viscous, Kelvin, McGinnis, and Vindicta all make me press Q to cancel their ults, and my cancel ability keybind doesn't do anything.
Grey Talon has a UI bug where it says "Q detonate" but in reality it uses my cancel ability keybind
For any other hero where the keybind works, the UI says "____ cancel" with no actual keybind listed in the blank area.
