"Cancel Abilities with Ability Key" is universal regardless of setting.

ISSUE:

When configuring abilities hotkeys on per-hero basis the option to "Cancel Abilities with Ability Key" is not hero-specific it is always a universal option. This can create issues where I'd like 1 hero to have this option but not on another.

OS: Windows 11

STEPS:

Go into Sandbox mode and configure hero-specific bindings, focus on 1 hero and enable "Cancel Abilities with Abiity Key" and then click on every other hero and you'll see it is changing for all of them. Go to "All Hero Default" and toggle it off and and again focus on 1 hero to re-toggle it and it will still change to every hero.

RESULTS:

Cannot make "Cancel Abilities with Ability Key" a hero-specific setting.

EXPECTED:

Being able to cancel abilities with same ability key on a hero to hero basis.

This is driving me insane and getting me killed constantly because I have to turn this off for Rem heals. Binding the cancel button to the same button as the ability for other heroes just doesn't work, for some reason.
