While Frenzy's change is welcomed as Escalating Resilience was really cumbersome to use on many heroes it leaves emptiness in Spirit Resistance choices as now only Adv Spirit Armor and Colossus give decent numbers which means that spirit based heroes got significantly stronger on the sheer fact that you can't deny them damage any more and when taking into consideration how easily some heroes stack Escalating Exposure it creates a survivability problem late game. Particularly late game Infernus, Geist and MnK will be insufferable now.
