Happened in one of my older matches but I was easily able to replicate in "Explore NYC" mode.
Steps:
1. Dash slide towards largest open section of cart
2. Release slide (but keep moving forward) when your hero is under the cart
3. You should now be stuck in the wall. You'll need to use "Unstick Hero" to get out
I was able to replicate this on both small and large heroes.
