Camera stuck at death

During a lag spike (my side, assuming), my character died. When the connection re-established, the in-game perspective did not update its rendering. The kill feed updated, but the timer on those UI elements did not expire. My in-game perspective was locked to the position where i died, and nearby elements looped (though Dynamo still fired their gun on screen). Other in-game cues, like hero and npc audio, did also play in real time. Attached shows the extended kill feed, and chat snippets to timestamp against the recording.
