Camera speed glitch In Sandbox mode

Seems like in sandbox mode if you crank the speed really high the camera moved back and fourth alot less, seems like you have to move your mouse way further in order to move it to the same place before speeding up.

*Moves back and fourth alot less when you move the mouse back and fourth and up and down when you crank the speed.
