I was spectating Viscous while dead, and my camera seemed fine. Some time between letting go of the Spectate Teammate keybind and respawning, my camera got stuck in first person. I had to reconnect to fix it. My camera was fine when I died and while spectating directly after.
Bonus bug: If a teammate buys while you're spectating them, you get the buy dialogs. I think it prompts you for imbues/sells if you're full too.
