As title says, this is old bug that happened before to me, basically, if I spectate someone in the zoomed back perspective, my character also kept that camera setting. It seems to reset on death tho.
I tried downloading replay, but I don't think replay can capture it, I found timestamp from the screenshot, but in replay it looks as it should, because you can switch to two ways of spectating someone.
