Camera and Hud frozen in spawn after loading into match

So my game froze and steam disconnected from the internet for a few seconds, when I rejoined the match and died, my camera was stuck in spawn and my hud froze, but I could still type in chat and my character was able to move, but not on my screen.

My match ID for this bug is: 77226684

I dc'd again and reloaded and that fixed it it seemed.
