Calico's cat form "eating" all the cdr witchmail gives

When calico takes damage her cat visually goes on cool down (even tho technically it is not a cool down, but just a visualisation of her cat form being unavailble), but it messes up interaction with witchmail becouse witchmail trying to reduce cat's "cool down".
