I think its worse than people realize. As far as I can tell, its literally anything that interrupts the dash animation. Including death. And it persist through spawning.

Its fairly easy to fix the bug but when it happens mid combat you are nearly guaranteed to die.

I can't see the videos, but all you have to do is punch when she is sideways after being cc'd while dashing. That will instantly fix it.

The problem is that the vast majority of players don't know how to fix the character's bug ( including myself a few weeks ago ) . Also, when this bug occurs, the character can't use the dash, and even if you try to fix it by using a basic attack, you end up taking a lot of damage since it usually happens during teamfights.
