Calico Bug: Ava/Cat Form can't be used

Calico cannot use her Ava/Cat Form when pressing the button, but she will transform if hard disabled in some way i.e. Walker Stomp. Additionally, when transformed into Ava, she cannot transform out of it, only let the timer run out to become Calico again. And the cycle continues from there: Can't use Ava until hard disable, cannot turn into Calico until timer runs out.

Fairly sure this the same bug many others have been experiencing since the beginning of the Mina patch
I collected a few accounts here - a new match ID is helpful!

Just collecting these all incase it's helpful,
here are all the instances I could find of people talking about this bug in the last few days
I saw a dev asking for matchID's so if anyone sees this and has had this issue please reply to this with match ID's and the hero you are playing
There's one there that has a match ID already (first entry)
The second on the list includes a video
My next match where I encounter (most matches) it I will post my matchID on this thread
