Heroes with burst guns (seven/lash/paradox/sinclair) Proc the effect of Spirit Rend twice at once even though it's supposed to have a 2.5 second cooldown.
On headshot a target should lose 14% spirit resist, but when any of these burst heroes hit 2 bullets of their burst they will proc the headshot effect twice resulting in a -20% on the target.
