Burst Healing From Tag Along Applies Only to First Ally

Maybe this is intended behavior? If it is, the tool-tip doesn't make it super clear that only the first ally Tag Along'd to gets the burst healing from the missing health heal, other allies do not receive this specific heal. Video showcases how only the first ally gets the initial healing burst, while the other heroes only get the heal/s.
