Bulllets Blanking after newest major patch?

Before the last major patch, I have not been experiencing any of these types of issues, I've been playing the same characters Vindicta, Mirage, and Infernus and this has not happened with them before. I doubt my aim has gotten worse bc i regularly play kovaaks and I'm top 1% on some of the most competitive maps. Recently, on both troopers and enemy heroes my bullets are literally blanking, they're just not registering at all when they're clearly supposed to be hitting in game. Attached below is an example of this bug:
The file is me tracking a trooper and every bullet straight blanking

Infernus and Vindicta have small bullets. If you break it down frame by frame, all the shots clearly missed. There are only a few hitscans in this game, just about everyone shoots projectiles; gotta lead your shots.

That does not make much sense to me, because in these two clips im further away from the sandbox dummy and my shots are still hitting a decent amount or are full hitting.
In the first clip im trying to miss on purpose by having my crosshair offsetted, im not really leading the shot either because im like way past like how much you would lead it by
And in the second clip im just tracking it as if its hitscan and every single bullet hit
and even in the trooper vid my crosshair was just tracking it hitscan initially and i was like okay maybe i need to lead it which i did and its just still straight blanking

It's a depth perception issue, the camera perspective is weird like that. It's easier to lead your shots when they're moving directly away like on the dummy, but it's a lot harder to do it from the side. However, I have noticed some oddities with shooting troopers specifically, but it doesn't show up in replays. Could be some network bug?

I've been having lots of network bugs after the most recent major patch like my ping randomly going from 10 to 150 for the remainder of the match and things of that nature and like random freezes and stuff, but with the replays they dont seem to accurate when it comes to showing mouse movement because whenever I look at my vindicta assassinates its like i never hit them and my crosshair is always off, I play on stretch res btw, I have no idea if this has anything to do with what I've been experiencing recently but I doubt it bc I always have.

I am a Bebop main and it happens to me A LOT. It's not only on Infernus and Vindicta. My ping is always ~20, so it's not a network issue. I sometimes even have to shoot infront of the creeps to hit them while moving horizontally from left to right.

Funny enough, bebop's laser is a hitscan. Not exactly what I meant by network issue; I have noticed that creeps are harder to hit when they're not in combat, similar to how they were next to impossible to shoot on rails a month or two ago.

That sounds more like a network issue than a network bug. Could be your end, but it could also just be the servers melting. Network bugs would be things like someone's position being de-synchronized between the client and server.

Nah creeps hitboxes are definitely broken at times. You could be dead on them with a hitscan weapon and not hit them, or you could be shooting way behind them sometimes and still hit them. That is obviously a hitbox issue with the creep. It happens the most when they randomly speed up for no reason to "catch up."

As I was playing today, it happened to me again and I got reminded of this thread. So here is the clip. From what I can see, its Bebop's laser being slow. (you can see the bullet marks on the wall) Although it says that Bebop's laser is hitscan.

Yeah, I've been meaning to test if projectile speed actually does anything for bebop (maybe it makes the laser turn faster? though, I'm pretty sure the laser and bullet trails are cosmetic). I have noticed that something has felt off with the creeps, but it was never captured when I looked back in my replays. I have actually found a replay where I felt something was off and there's a clear discrepancy between my bullets and the creep's actual position, but I don't know if that's due to how replays aren't a 1:1 recording of the match or not (0:10 is the most obvious).
