Bullet Dance applies headshot effects inconsistently

Haze Bullet Dance applies headshot effects from all headshot items, currently including:

Headshot Booster
Weakening Headshot
Headhunter
Spirit Rend
Cripping Headshot

It does not apply bonus headshot damage, and it does not apply the 2x fixation scaling that comes with headshots normally.
