[Build] Imbue option does not appear in hero section, only in a match

despite the hero being selected in hero screen, it does not show the imbue option to set be set.

@Yoshi First image is when you access build browser through the Heroes tab





Second image is when I get into testing range and there I can imbue a spell with compress cooldown



another little bug: after pressing edit, you cant hit the escape key to exit the browser. you have to manually click the escape button on the bottom left of the build browser
