This seems to be SPECIFICALLY when going into a hero and choosing builds.
I was editing my Vyper build while in queue, game popped, once I loaded into match the build was still up but completely wiped clean. I also noticed I cannot see ANY items in the shop now when going through Vyper then Builds. (I cannot see items in ANYONE'S shop when going through their section and choosing builds)
See screenshots attached, very annoying bug. Be careful not to mess with builds while on the menu, only in-game (even in the practice area).
