Build/buy menu stuck if opened at start if game.

I'm trying out many champs currently and perusing new builds in the first few seconds of the lobby. I often find that if I am searching/changing builds from this time to when I land off the Zipline I can't close the build/but menu for like 10 seconds. Pressing B of escape continuously until it just works. Sometimes needing to switch to a different build or click in the interface to jostle it.
