Buggy Code with Leaver Penalties

I've played over 50 matches and have only "safely abandoned" a game, not outright quit. At least until today when I left due to my dog puking.


He settled and I logged back in about 30mins later to find out I have a 4hr ban. This can't be right.

when enough people leave a game a message appears saying you can safely abandon the game without a penalty. i had never left a game beforehand until yesterday when i got hit with a ban until the next day.
