Bugged Into Wall

I was playing McGuiness, and Kelvin ulted me, which pushed me into a wall, and I got stuck in the wall and couldn't get out. Tried loads of different things but nothing worked. Basically couldn't do anything until the game ended.

Same happened to me around the 30mn mark, I was playing Paige.
Couldn't do anything either.

A teammate told me to type killme in the type command, which solved it for me.
