Bugged interaction with Kelvin's ice path / frozen shelter and Viscous cube

Encountered a bug in a match where a Kelvin was inside of his dome, running on his ice path. A Viscous then cubed the Kelvin, and once he landed on the ground in the cube, he skyrocketed away at an insane speed and was able to escape. We were able to recreate this bug in the practice tool several times as well.
