Immediately after the pause-time effect from Paradox's Kinetic Carbine wore off, I used Project Mind to try to teleport to my Guardian. Instead, the cards moved extremely slowly through the air, and teleported me after a very long delay (and not even to my teleport destination). Also, while the cards were stuck flying midair, my movement speed was SEVERELY reduced. I could barely move, even with using stamina to dodge. Dodging didn't seem to actually move me at all, it was no faster than walking speed.
