Bug with Viper Ult interacting with armor-piercing bullets

This viper was abusing an interaction with armor-piercing bullets, bypassing the stated damage immunity on her bola. I refuse to believe that this is intended because it goes against the stated immunity text in her ult and removes counterplay that makes her ult not frustrating to play against. Please revert this and ban the person doing it for bug abusing because they admitted to knowingly doing it in the text chat.

This has happened to me before, however i feel like it could be intended, since for example, using AP bullets with Haze's ult allows you to damage people with Metal Skin, however i do see how this could be bad, as it feels much more bs than it going thru metal skin

i have heard of this aswell, but i tested this in the hideout in a party and metal skin did stop even with AP on?
i dont know if it was just inconsistent, ill retest and try to remember it. but yea immunity should be immunity tbh

work then i have no idea how i got kills in this one game where the entire enemy team built metal skin to escape me </3

I've never played Vyper, but even I know about this and it is intended. Honestly it isn't broken and I love the mechanic. I like playing tank characters so I know how to manage her even if she ults me. Example: Shiv can almost completely negate her ult with the press of one button that heals him almost fully after receiving a lot of damage. Just because it says immunity doesn't mean its the same type. Her's is an armor type immunity and it makes a lot of sense for the item that penetrates all armor to atleast half of the bullets hit as it says. Plus you wouldn't really buy that item if it couldnt penetrate armor immunity.
