Bug with Apollo

I was playing Apollo and I ulted and clipped through the floor, ended up getting stuck in rem tunnels without a way to get out (had enemy rem come kill me) but now for some reason Apollo is locked completely and I can't access him. but all my other friends can play as him.

I thought it was like a one day type of thing, it has been a week now and nothing changed.

Also I forgot to point out that this is for the whole pc, aka I got on my brother's account same pc and he was also locked like this aswell.
