I had improved spirit and my slots were full. Boundless spirit was offered to me but since I had improved spirit, it also came with enduring speed as a free item. I had to sell an item to make room and I clicked on improved spirit (the item that builds into boundless spirit). Because of this, I did not receive boundless spirit, nor enduring speed and got no item.
Afterwards, I think I got stuck in the choose item screen. There were no items available to choose, I still did not have boundless nor enduring speed, and my only option left was to click skip item, even though again there were no items to choose from.
