I published a build for viscous at 11:43am est on august 2nd & when I tried to go back and edit it later in the day it only gave me the option to "copy and edit build" rather than giving me the option to edit it and republish it. This was only a problem for me when trying to create a build for viscous and did not come up on any other characters
