Bug that makes my game unplayable

This happens to me pretty frequently, when it happens the textures of the characters streches and dont let me see, so when this happens i had to reset the game cause you cant see absolultly nothing, i see a pattern, if there are 2 or less players the bug wont hit me but on a actual match of 12 players it happens more often, i also see that there are characters that are more susceptible to the bug, such as bebop for example, when i play as bebop the bug always hit me, and there are others that have less probabilities of activate this, like abrahms. I have to get out of the game every time that i finish a match cause the more i play the more likely is that the bug happens, so i cant play 2 matches followed

what monitor resolution do you play on? 1280x720? because if so it might be either a graphics driver issue, or the game not really working for lower resolutions. i would maybe try a file verification, could be corrupt files as well

how i do the file verification thing? cause yes i play on that resolution, ¿i should try to raise the resolution?

file verification is rightclick on your game in your steam library > properties > installed files > verify integrity of the game files

game res should be your monitor res i think, bigger is pointless
