When using the new item "Arcane Surge" from the shop on the hero Viscous, a bug occurs. After activating "Arcane Surge" in combination with the hero's dash ability, the skill visualization displays the correct range as per the item description, but the "Cube" skill fails to activate due to range restrictions.
Steps to Reproduce:
Expected Behavior:
The skill "Cube" should activate successfully if the target is within the range indicated by the "Arcane Surge" visualization.
Actual Behavior:
The "Cube" skill does not activate, and the system seems to treat the target as being out of range, despite the visualization showing otherwise.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Equip the hero Viscous with the "Arcane Surge" item from the shop.
- Use "Arcane Surge" and perform a dash ability.
- Attempt to cast the skill "Cube" while in the range indicated by the visualization.
