Bug preventing usage of climbing ropes and urn pick-up (as well as related visual glitches)

I was playing Graves, and after about 15 min onward, I was neither able to use climbing ropes NOR pick up the urn.
I was running the new item, and the bug seemed to appear after I was hit with a stun near one of the ropes, after which I couldn't interact with it (for the rest of the game) and any text prompt like "Hold space to pick up urn" or the "Player is picking up urn" or "Heavy melee to pick up soul container" DID NOT APPEAR.

All of these issue happened one after another, and may be related, so Im listing them all here.
The bugs WERE game-breaking and I died at least twice because of my stunted ability to escape.

I cannot stress enough how detrimental to the game this is, literally got me confused and killed enough that the enemy got enough souls to go around and freely engage others and perpetuate the cycle.
The difference in movement is crazy! And not being able to pick up the comeback urn basically ended the game for us.
